You might have a complaint against your employer regarding wages and compensation if:

• You haven't been paid for all the time you have worked
• You haven't been paid overtime despite working overtime
• Your employer cut or cancelled your benefits without notice to you
• Your employer cut your pay without notice to you
• Any other action by your employer that affects your compensation
